DELIVERY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

We know how eager you are to get your products and we are eager to get them to you in the quickest time and at the most affordable cost. Due to the nature and size of our products, a delivery cost has to be involved.We have calculated long and hard to bring you the most affordable delivery rates possible.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We deliver directly to your home or office. The final delivery cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

NOTES:

* The Delivery charge differs depending on whether you stay in a Main Centre or an Outlying/Regional Area. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

* Working days are defined as Mondays to Saturday. Excludes Sundays and public holidays. Should you require delivery on a weekend, please contact us before you complete your order / check out on 082 344 6789 and we can see if we can assist.

* Please note that delivery times are estimates and although we work closely with our delivery partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, certain factors may cause your delivery to be delayed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods

*Should you place an order and our courier company advises that they do not service this area, we will contact you to advise and arrange, either delivery to the nearest town (if possible) or, a refund. We will always try our best to deliver to your area or as close as we can

*For payment via EFT / Bank Deposits, delivery only takes, places once the payment amount has reflected in our bank account. This can take up to 3 working days – no exceptions to this rule will be made.

*Certain products are delivered unassembled.

Some products require an additional order period and delivery will take place after the order period. To look if an additional order period is required, please check under additional information on a product. If your order includes products with different delivery times we will deliver in one shipment when all the items are ready to be delivered.
